Internet sex show girls are dying - poisoned by 'gifts' sent to them by a shadowy killer, their last moments of agony viewed online by an audience who have no idea who the victims are or where they are from.

Dr Morgan Snow is working with a group of teenagers, who are also victims of the internet - addicted to online sex shows. The group hide a dark secret - of one of their friends who committed suicide after her mother and the rest of the school discovered that her and another girl had created their own 'web-cam' video to get themselves noticed by the boys.

Another of Morgan's patients confides in his own addiction to the same online web-cam girls. His troubles are compounded when Morgan's boyfriend, Detective Noah Jordain, discovers e-mails sent from him to each of the victims, and makes him his number one suspect.

But Morgan is convinced that Bob is not capable of murder - can she unmask the real killer before another girl dies?
