This book presents a comprehensive framework for achieving enrollment mastery through the Fig Tree Enrollment Modelâ¢, which integrates eleven sequential strategies that transform enrollment from an uncertain act into a disciplined, repeatable process.
The author combines practical communication techniques with deep inner mindset development, emphasizing that true enrollment is rooted in personal certainty, alignment, and identity rather than persuasion or external tactics.
The book is structured in three parts:
First, structured dialogue, it details the external strategies of enrollment;
Second, in a easy to comprehend fashion, it addresses the internal barriers; and identity shifts required for mastery; and
Third, it cleverly provides assessment tools and structured improvement plans to ensure measurable, lasting transformation.
The outcome is a holistic system enabling individuals and leaders to consistently inspire commitment and trust, making enrollment a natural extension of who they are rather than
something they perform.

Clearly outlined action for changes!
This is a a book that definitely takes time to absorb and process. Read a few chapters, think on it and jump around to the parts that speak to you - go with the part that resonates... read the rest when you're ready. I'll be reading this thing for years. Great stuff. Thank you for sharing it all Willie.
Highly insightful and self reflective for growth
A powerful reminder that leadership and my lasting success begins within myself. Because it's written as self reflected conversations rather than lecturing, it has helped my clarity, wisdom, and practical insight for my purpose, discipline, and inner alignment. It's the kind of book you read slowly and reflect on long after the last page. Highly recommended for anyone committed to personal growth.
The Whisper Beneath the Leaves
I was pleasantly surprised when I was invited to a book club and the chosen reading was this authors transformative teachings. I am no stranger to self help, but I don't believe this is the typical. Usually, you sit quietly reading while an imaginary proverbial finger shakes at you telling you how to live. This isn't that kind of book. Each chapter contains a subject matter, which is short, to the point and brings in a dialogue between a Seeker (You) and a Master (Goes by Many Names). It feels like you are sitting at His knee learning all the things that you should have known all along but this fallen world distracted you, and got in the way.
Good read! Helpful when you feel stuck in life.
From the very first page, "Under the Fig Tree" invites you into a sacred space of reflection, truth, and transformation. Willie C. Hooks masterfully uses the metaphor of the fig tree-a place of rest, revelation and renewal-to guide you through profound conversations between a seeker and a wise Master. As described in the book's promotional text: "Through rich metaphors and heartfelt dialogue ... you will discover that even the heaviest burdens can be transformed into stepping-stones of growth.
