Two Simple Circles is written for those who have done significant inner or healing work, and sense that something has shifted within. Yet what lies ahead remains unclear.
Is it more inner work? Post-healing? Transcendence?
What if...it is simply living, as a primary experience, not filtered through the lens of healing?
This book describes exactly that.
Drawing on more than two decades of combined medical, therapeutic and personal inner work, Dr. Nicole Lee distils lived experience into a framework of just two simple circles.
Through the Healing-Living Circle and the Conscious Mind-Consciousness Circle, she introduces an original experiential framework for recognising that healing has always been a part of living, meaning and insight from consciousness can arise without being sought, and where attention or identification is centred determines how life is experienced.
Written in a concise and contemplative style, this book does not offer another technique or prescription. It simply describes the structural relationships already present within one's experience.
With this awareness, recognition and transition may then follow.
About Dr. Nicole Lee:
Dr. Nicole Lee is a former physician, certified regression therapist, and founder of The Consciousness Centre in Singapore.
After fifteen years of medical practice across the full arc of human life, she transitioned to support individuals navigating the deeper dimensions of healing and consciousness.
Alongside her writing and publishing work, she offers Recognition & Orientation sessions for those who have lived through long phases of inner or healing work and sense they may be at a natural turning point from healing to living.
Through her years in medicine and therapeutic work, writing, mothering, and the rhythms of daily life, Nicole came to see that healing does not culminate in perfection or transcendence, but in balance and presence within living.
Two Simple Circles is her fifth book.
