The Trident Tale

Jean Stirling is a low-paid, disillusioned nurse, old before her time, and her only friend is a bottle of vodka. Unexpectedly, her whole life is turned around after the arrival of a new patient on her ward, Jerry, the seriously injured victim of a car crash.

Despite being bedridden, Jerry finds a release for his pent-up frustration through some extraordinary powers which allow him to travel outside his body and wreak a bloody vengeance on all those who thwart him, in particular, his wife and her lover.

David J Moran lives with his wife, Christine, in a small rural village on the edge of the West Pennine Moors. Now retired, he was a principal officer of the Prison Service for some thirty years; his colourful experiences support many of the storylines developed in his writing. This is his first book, which is one of a trilogy.
