About the Author

Sofia Nordgren is a plant-based food blogger and photographer who runs the successful blog and Instagram, The Nordic Kitchen, where she shares her delicious recipes mixed with tips and stories about living a Nordic lifestyle. She has been nominated for Best Food Photography in the Swedish Food Blog Awards 2017 and Grand Food Blog Award in the Swedish Food Blog Awards 2018.

Sofia has a passion for nature and slow, seasonal living and wants to inspire others to live a simpler life in harmony with nature. This is her first book.
