It is 1960 and the fighting in the French Algerian war has slowed to border conflicts and ambushes. Still, the rebels are unrelenting and so is the French Army. Although the FLN's major war efforts have ceased, they are still carrying out acts of terrorism by murdering and assassinating members of the French military as well as Algerian Europeans.
