An ancient evil resurfaces, forcing two rivals from different worlds to confront both their enemies and each other.
Blood-stained victory had sealed the rift between gods, but not without cost. As northern winds heralded a bitter winter, Almek Two-Tones chose to shelter his weary students in Forenta before they continued their path to becoming Time Guardians.
Here, Ash Andar found himself once more navigating the treacherous currents of Forentan politics-a stark contrast to Desantiva's straightforward warrior culture. Behind polite smiles lurked alliances and betrayals that threatened all he sought to protect: his people, the Knowing One, and his fellow students.
Storm il'Thandar, exiled from her homeland and bearing the Raging One's mandate to bridge understanding between warriors and mages, bristled against Forentan constraints. Between her and Ash lay centuries of mistrust, yet something unexpected sparked between them-defiant, powerful, and impossible to ignore.
Meanwhile, unseen enemies moved in shadow, targeting Almek's group and destabilizing Forenta. As Storm's fierce spirit clashed with Ash's authority, their unlikely bond deepened against all odds.
With danger closing in from all sides, these reluctant allies must overcome their differences and unite their strengths. Only together might they stand against the darkness threatening to consume everything they hold sacred.
The faintest ember of hope must hold its ground as looming darkness advances.
