But quiet towns can hide loud secrets. With the aid of an old friend and the secrets hidden within the walls of her sister's home, Lily reignites the search for her sister and the one responsible for her disappearance, unaware that they are already coming for her and Alex.

While Lily is dealing with a mess of her own, a terrifying incident brought on by powers he inherited from his mother leaves Alex trying to come to terms with who, and what he is. But balancing his newfound knowledge and the day-to-day life of an ordinary teenager only grows more complicated when Elleana joins the mix, and even more so when she is suddenly taken from him.

Battling monsters, crossing dimensions and not to mention making a dangerous deal with a witch in their search for Elleana, Lily and Alex hold nothing back as they rush to save her. But how far are they willing to go? How much are they willing to risk? Would they kill for her? Die for her?
