I have read a number of books on the subjects of self-empowerement and spiritual development. However, none of them were nearly as comprehensive as The Ascension Guide: Practical Advice for Lightworkers. This book gives a very complete overview of the challenges and the opportunity for all of us to develop our innate spiritual gifts and ascend to higher vibrational realms with simple and actionable steps to follow. The process outlined by Lia Russ and Meghma Hira is very easy to understand and incorporate into one's life despite the depth of the subject. The book is a quick read yet covers many topics and is profusely illustrated with gorgeous photos. The Ascension Guide has it all and is the perfect tool to begin your journey of self-discovery. THE ASCENSION GUIDE: PRACTICAL ADVICE FOR LIGHTWORKERS is a wonderful introduction to ascension and lightwork for those who might be brand new to this subject as well as those who might've been wondering about it for while.
The authors-who have fascinating backgrounds and experiences-cover many of the basics (crystals, smudging, etc.). They also talk about connection, esoteric realms, and the different kinds of lightwork many of us do. It's a great guide as well as a rocket booster for those traveling this path.

I loved about this book that it includes a whole lot of information, but is all explained in way that feels easy to understand, and it includes lots of practical advice for anyone who is new to these topics! I would highly recommend to anyone who is new or feeling confused about their own spiritual path ahead, or about our collective spirit and consciousness indeed rising!
