I discovered this role while expecting to pursue a different career in IT. I've had a very successful track record with improving teams ever since committing to the role. This book provides an applied knowledge of the Scrum process and successful mindset when interacting with development teams. My intent with this book is to provide an experienced understanding of how the role operates to create confidence in performing the role as an entry level Scrum Master. My hope is for others to be successful in changing the trajectory of their life as well, as I did unintentionally.
