It is suitable for anyone wanting to refresh or refine their statistical understanding of research and decision-making. The reader should be able to breeze through the chapters quickly if they choose to. Others would find it so entertaining that they would likely read it over and over. Although it is a fun and enlightening read on a relatively dry subject like statistics, some chapters probably would still give you a dry feeling.
