Two years after the accident that drove him to retire from the FBI, Ty Young has settled into his life as Captain of the Key West Police Force.

Sure, his days aren't as thrilling now, and life in this small coastal town certainly runs at a slower pace than when he was with the Bureau, but that doesn't matter to Ty.
