The macabre aura of Spirits Cliff permeates the small Northern California town of Kingsbury. The Cliff is rumored to have mystical powers linked to the Devil. Two of the town's prominent residents -hot shot doctor Randy Belmont and former mayor Julius Wellington- discover the frightful truth. Both are responsible for accidental deaths on the Cliff's edge and are unknowingly rewarded with fantastic lives. But the Cliff's false blessings conceal an ancient twisted curse. The Cliff will demand further human sacrifices. Non-compliance will result in severe psychological and physical torment. When a new string of Cliff murders erupts, Detective Joel Adams is assigned to the case and his brother-in-law, Dr. Randy, emerges as a prime suspect.
