When Annie Martin was twenty and at acting school in New York she dreamed of becoming a star. Fifteen years later she's still waiting.

Then Annie is approached by the most successful image-maker in the country. Once the President's spin-doctor, Alex Lubotsky wants to return to the Whitehouse but he needs Annie's help. Alex offers her the chance of a lifetime, but soon Annie realises that she's in a world controlled by the media, and she's been cast in a role that isn't what it seemed.

Industry Reviews

Well written and moves at a spanking pace, indeed the villainess rather relishes a good spanking - Daily Telegraph on Ego

A sexy debut . . . Ego is proof you can be both devastatingly handsome and fabulously talented - Company

You won't be able to ignore Ego . . . a prototype bestseller, offering wealth, sex, glamour, locations, sex, insights into an intriguing world, violence, sex, subterfuge, sushi, fashion and, inevitably, sex . . . extremely well-written . . . passages of merciless wit . . . believe the hype. Ego is a terrific read - FHM

A good, raunchy first novel about the cut-and-thrust world of international modelling. Geary, himself a former model, writes with confidence and a welcome sense of humour, spicing up every twist of the plot with authentic detail - Good Housekeeping on Ego
