From a corporate desk to the kitchen of a 20 table dinner house, this was a journey that had a map but no destination. Our story is not uncommon, maybe more common than not. Retired and searching for our new life, we ventured into the restaurant business with lots of home cooking and wine travels, but no hands on experience. This is our story, recipes and sidebars for a wonderful 9 year journey that ended abruptly with government dictates to close dining rooms and banning congregating with others as the Covid pandemic became a reality. So now, almost five years later, we are sharing some of our stories and recipes as happy memories.
