Meet Simon the Sloth, the slowest watcher in the jungle, and Pip the parrot, the chattiest bird around. When Pip discovers a mysterious
glowing box that answers every question in a flash, the two friends are amazed... until Simon's careful watching reveals something
important.
A gentle, funny read-aloud adventure that gives young kids their first big ideas about artificial intelligence: what it is, what it isn't,
and how to use it wisely. Perfect for bedtime reading and classroom story time.
Your child will learn:
- What artificial intelligence really does: it matches patterns in words. It doesn't truly "know" things.
- Why something can sound completely sure and still be wrong
- Why we never tell secrets or personal information to AI
- That AI is a tool to use, not a friend to trust blindly
- That thinking for yourself is always up to YOU
