There's something weird about the small town of Greysden.  In her first twenty-four hours in town, a giant wolf jumps on the hood of Sarah's car, a strange man throws her over his shoulder and says they are fated to be together forever, and her daughter tells her that not only are shape shifters real, but she's about to marry one.

Wolf shifter Hank figured he'd never meet his fated mate. He married for companionship, and now that he's a widow, he's content to live in the woods and spend time with his sister's family.  Until the day his wolf scents Sarah driving down the road and he realizes that he just needed to be a little more patient.
