SECRET CONSEQUENCES

A mother's long-buried secret. A soldier's forbidden love. A family's test of faith that spans generations and continents.

When 83-year-old Mary Ellen Thompson kneels to pray on a winter night in Wisconsin, memories from 1954 return to haunt her - the son she surrendered in shame, the grace that redeemed her, and the secret that reshaped her family's destiny. But across the world, her youngest son, Colonel Matthew Thompson, faces an impossible choice: obey his orders or save the woman and child no one knows are his.

As Russian forces close in on a small Ukrainian village, Matthew risks everything to rescue Sofiya and their young son, Maksym - setting off a chain of events that exposes corruption at the highest levels of government. His act of conscience ignites a global reckoning, forcing his family into a web of lies, espionage, and faith tested under fire.

From war-torn Ukraine to quiet Midwestern kitchens, from classified intelligence rooms to whispered family prayers, Secret Consequences unfolds as a powerful tapestry of love, sacrifice, and divine grace. Generations of one family are bound by secrets that could either destroy them or deliver a truth too dangerous to keep hidden.

In the face of betrayal and silence, will they choose safety-or the costly truth that sets them free?
