In the small town of Ashwood Hollow, a centuries-old graveyard is disturbed when a massive storm tears through the land, exposing coffins and bones long forgotten. Among them lies a crypt belonging to the Devereaux family—a dynasty that was wiped out in a mysterious fire in 1866. Inside rests something that was never meant to be unearthed: the Resurrection Codex, a forbidden text said to contain the secret to reversing death.
Dr. Elias Morgan, a grieving surgeon who recently lost his daughter, discovers the codex while volunteering to help with storm cleanup. Driven by despair, he tests its power—and succeeds.
