As with all MiGoals notebooks, it contains tips on how to get the most out of your journal and how to use it. The 220 pages feature 3 goal setting worksheets, 90 daily spreads, 7, 30, 60 and 90 day review pages, and goal review pages. It includes a daily to-do list to keep track of tasks, nightly prompts to stay focused and monthly reviews to keep the momentum going.
