Luka Kobachi is a manga author best known for Rainbows After Storms. She has also published the one-shots "Of One Hundred Encounters" and "Wavering Lips" in the girls' love yuri anthologies Eclair Rouge and Eclair Orange. She is married to Tomohito Oda, the author ofKomi Can't Communicate. Rainbows After Storms was first published in November 2017 in Sunday Webry and ended in August 2023.
