Pulled from the ashes of his life in the 1880s, Dante Lucerne finds himself in a modern new world living with the beautiful woman who saved him. Her stolen glances and gentle touch bring forth hopes and dreams he had long since abandoned, yet he can't help but wonder why she chose him to save?
