Packed with exclusive content, this fully illustrated tome is a comprehensive behind-the-scenes look at the creative process of bringing a god and his worlds to life on the big screen.

Follow the film's complete artistic evolution, from casting and costume design, to the forging of Mjolnir, bringing Asgard, Jotunheim and their denizens to life, plus the Destroyer and small-town America, and on to the final rendering seen on screen. Here is everything you need to know about the making of the movie from the key players, including Marvel Studios President and Thor Producer Kevin Feige, director Kenneth Branagh, production designer Bo Welch, and costume designer Alexandra Byrne.

Lavishly illustrated with concept art, visual and special effects and production stills.
