Then Cara hurriedly slithered up and said ‘It’s a bushfire!’ Grug had never seen a bushfire. ‘We should be safe in your house’, said Cara, ‘because you live under the ground.’

About the Author

Ted Prior previously worked as a police officer and art teacher. He also worked in children's TV and animation. In 1979 he started his GRUG series of children's picture books.
