The Compounders

Holly Hastings was once a sheltered Compounder, but in her attempts to fight back against the Armed Militia of the Allied Nations, she became the Wildflower: the inspiration for the isolated towns of the post-apocalyptic east coast to rise up against the oppressive AMAN. Together with her true love, Jared Hastings, and her squad, Holly attempted to rescue Griffon Maynor, a close friend seemingly kidnapped by the AMAN.

After a long, harsh journey, she arrived at the AMAN HQ in Virginia, only to discover that Griffon had become an AMAN officer, with little resemblance to the man she once cared about. She is joined by elite AMAN soldier Jesse, torn between his loyalty to General Steinfeld, leader of the AMAN, and Holly's idealism. All the while, Holly must deal with the grief of Jared's death...

Charlie Jenkins, Holly's brother and leader of Withel and the Compounders, must deal with changes of his own. As the stakes rise, a collision between Holly, Jared, and Charlie becomes inevitable.
