About the Author

Brandon Sanderson spent his youth with a head packed full of daydreams that were known, on occasion, to get him into trouble. As an adult, he has been able to turn "getting into trouble" into a profession by writing books. He has three children (the eldest is named Joel) and a house full of books.

Whether you love or hate epic fantasy, this book is something different. It's an easy read, absorbing, and has the kind of twists and turns that will leave you clamouring for more.
