This third installment in the classic Pellucidar series returns to the exotic and savage land at the center of the Earth. Edgar Rice Burroughs (1875-1950) is the legendary author of dozens of novels, including Tarzan of the Apes and The Land That Time Forgot, available in a Bison Books edition. Paul Cook is a senior lecturer at Arizona State University and has written five novels, including Fortress of the Sun and The Engines of Dawn.
