About the Author

Andrea trained as a chef and worked in kitchens in Toronto an New York. She was Food Director for three of Canada's largest lifestyle magazines and is the author of Market to Table . In the UK, she has worked with Sainsbury's, Le Cordon Bleu and Individual Restaurants. She has her own consultancy, Ingredients Matter, to help others realise their food and beverage dreams.
