Blanco and Eva, on their journey back to Venice from Spain are marooned on an island by a bunch of pirates. They soon discover that Count Maleficio wants to murder Blanco. Maleficio also thinks that Eva is the key to a very big secret. As the count concentrates on kidnapping Eva, Blanco's torn between escaping himself and rescuing her.
