In this second "Rex" novel, we meet up with Vincent Rubio again, as well as his not-yet-dead partner Ernie Watson. Rubio and Ernie investigate the deaths and uncover a dino-cult called The Progressives. But, as they dig deeper, they uncover a plot that will allow the dinos to roam free.
