Plume is not your typical Antarctic penguin. Sporting a bright yellow plume on the top of his head, Plume is bored of black and white, of shuffling around and snoozing on icebergs. About the Author

Tania McCartney is an Australian author, illustrator and editor of children’s books, specialising in picture books, non-fiction and junior fiction. The founder of Kids' Book Review and The Happy Book children's book podcast, Tania has over 40 titles in print or production. Her work has won numerous awards including several CBCA Notable books, the SCBWI Crystal Kite for Australia East/New Zealand, and the CBCA Laurie Copping Award
