Personal Proofs navigates the God-No God dichotomy, juxtaposing scientific arguments for the latter with the author's personal experiences with the former.

A scientist and educator, with a Ph.D. in Biology and Education, author Frederick Swarts was originally fully immersed in the No-God Paradigm. This paradigm offers myriad explanations for so-called spiritual phenomena:  brain neurochemistry, selective memory bias, mathematical probability, evolutionary adaptation, unconscious perception, hallucinations, self-fulfilling prophecies, confirmation bias, apophenia (constructing meaningful patterns or connections where none really exist), and such. The No-God Paradigm provided the framework for how he viewed the world and into which he shoehorned all his observations and interactions.

But Professor Swarts' personal journey took him on an unexpected path that challenged this model of reality. Personal Proofs is a startling collection of his personal experiences-precognitive dreams, spiritual senses, remarkable "coincidences," prayer experiences, and so forth-that revealed direct data in support of the God Paradigm.

Take the journey with him and see whether by the end even the skeptical have found it compelling enough to keep an open mind regarding the existence of God and spiritual senses, and whether even those fully on the atheist side of the spectrum, when they put this work down, have cause to think twice about dismissing religious experiences out of hand.
