God never called us to be perfect parents, but he did call us to be faithful parents. It's impossible to do that perfectly. Even in that faithfulness, there are no guarantees in parenting.

He hopes this book will encourage you each day by talking about issues facing families today. Some issues are common. Other issues are difficult and hard to talk about. Ultimately, though, we look to God for guidance, and rest on the fact that God is in control, yes, even in difficult parenting moments.
