About the Author

Ulrika Jägare is an M.Sc. Director in Technology and Architecture at Ericsson AB, currently holding the position as Head of AI/ML Strategy Execution for Ericsson North America. With more than a decade of experience in data, analytics and machine intelligence/artificial intelligence as well as 20 years in telecommunications, she has held numerous leadership positions in the CTO office, Research & Development, Product management, Managed Services and now also Sales in North America.

Ulrika has experience from both strategic positions in the area of AI/ML as well as hand-on experiences from several global AI/ML development and transformation programs. She was key to the launch of Ericsson´s Machine Intelligence strategy and commercial approach and the Ericsson Operations Engine – a new data and AI driven operational model for Network Operations in telecommunications.
