About the Authors

Carolyn Evans is vice-chancellor and president of Griffith University. She is recognised internationally as an expert on religious freedom and human rights.

Adrienne Stone is the editor of The Oxford Handbook on the Australian Constitution and co-editor of The Oxford Handbook on Freedom of Speech. She is a professor of law at the University of Melbourne Law School.
