The Accord of Fellowship has stood for two thousand years, uniting the races against the scourge of The Great Defile. But now that the final champion has fallen, that unity has sundered in a terrible civil war. The Hero: Navarre thought he had seen the worst this world could throw against him when the orcs arrived at Hidden Harbor in their battle barge. The Royal Navy of Forestria is the most powerful military force in the Western Sea and it is determined to solidify its control of the region by eradicating all of the pirates and privateers operating there—and they view Navarre's town as the key to their mission.
