Live It

"For fans of Cheryl Strayed's Wild, this book similarly offers an inspiring, emotional journey of the permanence of love, triumph over conflict, and defining your own success." -Susan Brooks, Champagne Books Editor "I plan to buy several copies to give to friends and family, of all ages in a variety of life's circumstances. ... Anytime someone puts themselves openly out there physically, intellectually, emotionally, socially, relationally and spiritually, it challenges others to pay attention." -Ron Harrison, Major General, USA (Ret) "Reading about this epic adventure crossing the country made me remember what I love about cycling - the excitement about not knowing what lies around the next corner and the challenges that push you further than you ever dreamed possible." -Grant Potter, Pro Racer and 3 Time World Masters Stage Race Champion "The memories shared in this book provide reflection on life for all those willing to live it to its fullest. A charming read with tales of truth and perseverance linking one community to another for a worthy cause and a worthy dream." -Kristey William, Kansas State Representative "If anyone wants to feel what it is like to believe in yourself and live your dreams, then follow Tracy as she takes you on an amazing adventure across America raising money and support for our wounded veterans." -Joe Ostaszewski, Finalist NBC's Biggest Loser "I love Tracy's Live It list, and I'm even more excited that she's making her goals on it happen. But even more impressive than that is the way she's managed to blend her love of riding with a charitable slant, raising money and awareness for different causes and people as she rides. Cycling is often an admittedly selfish pursuit, so finding a way to blend cycling and charity all the time is such a great mindset for a rider to have-and that Tracy isn't a young pro racer or a lifetime cyclist only makes her journey and love of the bike that much more intriguing. She takes riding a bike and makes it a global endeavor, and her book highlights an amazing journey that clearly taught her a lot about life, and about riding! 'Live It' is great advice for anyone to take, on or off the bike." -Molly Hurford, writer at Bicycling Magazine and author of several books on cycling
