The year is 2799 in the desolate Artic wilderness. Captain John Garrick of the N.S.T.E.A. Phoenix watches his new fleet of ships on the Ferris-1 tarmac. Suddenly, Dragar raiders and the notorious criminal, Menser, attack the base. A fight ensues where the inhabitants are killed and the base is destroyed. Captain Garrick vows he'll find Menser and destroy him.One year later, the futuristic city of San Francisco Prime, the year 2800 is the home base for the N.S.T.E.A. However, today, Captain Garrick and Captain Orius Becker plot to overthrow the N.S.T.E.A. after the leaders sent their time techno to the Dragars. Then a Dragar ship is discovered in the Santa Cruz shipyard. Garrick makes the decision to destroy the ship. However, it backfires and causes a time warp that kills Farber and critically injuries Garrick. Farber and Garrick are transformed into androids. Becker and Garrick goes after Menser. Time jumping back to the Mediterranea Colonies, they must stop Menser and the Dragars from sending missiles through the jump ring to destroy San Francisco Prime. Captain Becker flies the Phoenix and fights the pursuing Dragars and Menser. However, the ship malfunctions and A.L.I.S, the ship's system, must fly Phoenix. In the mean time, Farber helps A.L.I.S. open the portal but both are sucked up in the system and presumed dead. Ramsey and Menser are killed in the fire fight at Mediteranea.The N.S.T.E.A. is reorganized and Becker gets another ship as Garrick becomes the Commander in Chief of the N.S.T.E.A. Garrick must accept himself as an android and fight his human side. Then to save Phoenix from being scrapped, he flies Phoenix to Ferris-1, 3200 in the future to destroy her himself.
