Laughing at Cancer is a unique book. Most books about cancer are Q&A's, outline the latest scientific research advances, are from a "what to expect" orientation, or in some instances are from a comedic perspective on someone's personal experience.

This book, whilst infused with humour, hope and inspiration also includes some scientific evidence, making the content factually rigorous. Laughing at Cancer aims to empower readers and provide strategies to enhance resilience - a factor often diminished by ill health.

    Comments about Laughing at Cancer:

This a very moving, inspiring account of what Ros went through and how she shaped her own experience with positivity. Ros has generously shared her very personal experiences, attitudes and tools with others to help them navigate successfully through difficult circumstances. Ros gives readers a gift - learning to laugh when laughing is the last thing they feel like doing and the thing they need most.

    Comments about Laughing at Cancer:

I wish this book had been published when Mum was first diagnosed with bowel cancer. We could have both benefitted. I hope cancer specialists include this in their waiting rooms. The author's insights are very real. Her suggested actions provide opportunity to reflect on life. Why wait until a Big C diagnosis to do this?
