Jac and Billy

Seventeen-year-old Jac Kelley's sheltered life had kept her and her little brother Billy safe from the outside world and the world safe from them. As young vampires, they were still learning to control their cravings. But after the murder of their father and the disappearance of their mother, they suddenly must face the world on their own.

After a deadly encounter, Jac and Billy find themselves lost and alone on the streets of a small town in Oklahoma. Serendipitously, Jac finds help from a local who offers to drive them to San Diego. But just when it seems the trio is safely on their way, they face threats from proxies sent by the coven leader, and worse, Jac begins a fight against the most significant danger-her need for blood.
