Long before Leonardo da Vinci, there was Daidalos. He was one of the greatest minds of the ancient world: architect, inventor, sculptor, scientist, and engineer. His name survives in legend as the first human to fly and as the father of Ikaros, whose fatal fall became a timeless warning about ambition. But Daidalos was far more than a myth.
