A unique guide revealing the motivational and practical fitness secrets of Australian and world-class champion, Chris 'Macca' McCormark.

For a decade, Australia's Chris 'Macca' McCormack has dominated the world's biggest triathlon events, the most gruelling tests of mental and physical endurance and athleticism in the world, including an extraordinary five consecutive Australian Ironman wins. In 2010, at the age of 37, Macca has proved he has what it takes to win and make history; winning the Ironman World Championship for the second time, making the number 1 triathlete in the world and capping it off with an unprecedented double of the Triathlon World Championship and the International Triathlon Union World Cup.

But Macca's journey to the top is more than just a story of physical endurance. Macca believes his consistent success comes from what he does before and after the race as much as during it. I'M HERE TO WIN details the motivational and practical fitness secrets of a world-class athlete. In his first book, Macca shares his secrets on what it takes to be a champion - his strategies for success, training and motivation tips and his diet and exercise programs. Whether you are a weekend enthusiast, a fitness professional or a seasoned veteran who needs that extra push, Macca's book is a unique fitness guide to inspire you to achieve your own peak performance and give you the heart to win your own race.
