I Get It!

The truth is I meet a lot of people that seem to sense that something is missing in their relationship with God. Through my years in ministry, I've encountered many men and women who, at some point in their journey through life, have become frustrated with what they rightfully perceive as a disconnect between the type of life and faith that they read about in the Bible, and what their lives look like on a daily basis... And many of the Christians I meet are just as stressed out, wrung out and burnt out as the people who don't follow Jesus. Written in a casual, easy to read style, I Get It! takes an honest look at Jesus' declarative statement, "I came so that they could have life-indeed, so that they could have life to the fullest," (John 10:10b CEB) and compares it to our lives. Over and over again God's word promises a satisfying, abundant life with characteristics like peace, joy and contentment as an everyday part of life.
