There is a new principle for the measurable descriptions of stable physical-systems, which is needed because:

(1) the laws of physics have not been capable of measurably describing any of the elements of the big set of stable MBFC-spectral-and-orbital physical-systems of all size-scales, and which are composed of more than three-system-components, and

(2) the laws of physics are about a math-physical-context of reducing stable material-systems to small elementary-particles, which when once reduced and separated, the laws of physics cannot be applied to these reduced elementary-system-components so as to be able to put the system-components back-together again, so as to form a stable physical system,

while, in the new principle, the stable physical-systems are all regionally-unified, so that if the physical-system is reduced to its component parts, then the system will have lost the coordinate-structure which makes the system regionally-unified, and the new stable coordinate math model of each stable regionally-unified physical-system possesses a stable coordinate-structure, within which can fit the system-components which occupy the stable physical-system,

and

(3) the mathematical context associated to the laws of physics is not capable of providing a valid math-physical model of the measured property of system-component non-localness, ie distantly separated system-components can be observed to be non-locally connected to one another,

while in the math context which is associated with the math structures of the new principle...,

ie in regard to the parallelizable-regionally-unified hyperbolic-MTC-velocity-harmonic-corodinaet-metrci-space-structures,

...., the toral-components provide an extra spectral-context, ie the minor-radial-values of the independent circular-coordinate-curves which make-up the independent toral-components, and if one of those minor-radial-values is the same-radial-value then this allows for a resonance based connection to be defined between distantly separated toral-components of distantly separated stable MTC-coordinate-structural-models of stable spectral-physical-systems, so to what extent can this spectral resonating based connection be used to control the property of non-localness?

That is, a stable measurable description of the non-local spectrally-resonant-connection can be identified, and subsequently understood, as the cause for a set of hidden spectral-connections between all stable physical-systems,

but

furthermore,

(4) the new principle can be used to measurably describe the stable spectral-and-orbital physical-properties of all of the elements of the big set of stable MBFC-spectral-and-orbital physical-systems and of all size-scales,

and

these new measurable descriptions have been measurably verified,

that is, the new principle for the measurable descriptions of stable physical-systems is the new scientific-truth,

furthermore, the new principle of measurable descriptions of stable physical-systems, also contains all, the solvable attributes of the laws of physics as a proper (ie smaller) subset, of the full set of stable physical-systems, which can be measurably described by using the new principle as a basis for measurable descriptions of the stable physical-systems,

The new math context, of the new principle about measurable descriptions can be identified in a question and its answer,

Are verifiable measurable descriptions of our stable measurable existence [eg filled with stable physical-systems] about either force-fields or stable coordinate-structures?

Answer: verifiable measurable descriptions are primarily about stable coordinate-structures, which are built from stable quantitative-sets, and the set of stable coordinate-structures of the constant-curvature-coordinate-metric-spaces are the predecessors of all verifiable measurable descriptions,

Eg the inertial-pde-models of system-component inertial-interactions, which is the subject matter of the laws of physics, are only solvable if the inertial-pde is also formulated on a parallelizable-coordinate-shape of the inertial-geometric-coordinate-metric-spaces, and the solution-function is a parallel-coordinate-map whose domain-space if the parallelizable-coordinate-shape, upon which the inertial-pde was formulated,

The new principle for the measurable descriptions of the stable physical-systems, is that the measurable descriptions of stable physical-systems must be based on the parallelizable-coordinate-structures which can be defined on the set of (the three independent) constant-curvature-coordinate-metric-spaces,

(1) geometry-space [this includes space-time-spaces],

(2) hyperbolic-velocity-coordinate-metric-spaces, which can be derived from space-time-space, but in doing this, the new hyperbolic-velocity-coordinate-metric-space identifies absolute system-component velocity-values, where this is inherited from the property of an absolute velocity value of propagating-E&M-waves (in a vacuum), ie the absolute velocity value for the speed-of-light, and

(3) the spherical-spaces, but only a few of the spherical-spaces are parallelizable-coordinate-shape, ie the 1-spheres, the 3-spheres, the 7-spheres, the 15-spheres,..., etc,

furthermore,

a stable MBFC-spectral-or-orbital physical-system must be measurably described as being a parallelizable-regionally-unified hyperbolic-MTC-velocity-harmonic-coordinate-metric-space structure,

ie this is the math structure, which is assumed (or hypothesized) by the new principle to be the basis for the stable MBFC-spectral-system's measurable description,

and

the class of stable MTC-coordinate-structure which are used to measurably describe the stable MBFC-spectral-system's measurable spectral properties, is clearly identified,

and

the stable physical-system's measurable properties are consistent with the (new) measurable description (of the physical-system's measurable properties), based on the new principle for the measurable descriptions of the stable physical-systems, that is, the new set of measurable descriptions are measurably verified to be true,

Stable physical systems have mass, and mass is proportional to energy,

but

a stable physical-system is a stable MTC-velocity-coordinate-metric-space-structure,

but

such a coordinate-structure is also a stable MTC-energy-coordinate-metric-space-structure,

that is, a stable inertial-component will be a sum of all of its stable MTC-energetic-coordinate-structures, ie the sum of all of its atoms and molecules, and/or the inertial-component will have its own stable MTC-energetic-harmonic-coordinate-metric-space-structure,

that is, an inertial-system-component's energy can be both (1) a sum of its atoms and (2) an extra energy-term, which is associated to the system-component's own stable MTC-unenergetic-coordinate-structure,

and

where this extra energy-term (beyond the system's composing atoms and molecules) is the context of the inertial-system's regionally-unified coordinate-structure,

and

an inertial-system is also contained in a further larger (and either equal-dimensional, or adjacent-dimensional-or-higher-dimensional), stable coordinate-metric-space,

and

that further coordinate-containment context, will, itself, be a part of a stable MTC-velocity-harmonic-coordinate-metric-space-structure,

ie the lager coordinate-containment coordinate-structures is a part of a further inertial-physical-system, which can be of a higher-dimension, than the dimension of the original inertial-system-component's stable MTC-energetic-coordinate-structure,

but

then (according to the math patterns about hyperbolic-coordinate-metric-spaces of D Coxeter) the 6th-dimensional stable MTC-coordinate-structure..., which contains the bounded 5-dimensional stable MTC-coordinate-structure..., is an unbounded stable MTC-coordinate-structure,

Problems with the current range of knowledge about the material-world

Nonetheless, the engineering uses of the laws of physics, by resource mining and related energy-companies on earth, as of 1940, have related products and markets into militaristic social constructs, and/but wherein the technical capabilities, and their association with natural resources, are being pushed to unreasonable extremes,

Subsequently,

The situation on earth is dire,

the ruling-investor-class are at the top of the militaristic-society, are in charge, and they only care about themselves, and about maintaining their social power, the US revolution was used, not to develop democracy, but rather to separate the ruling-class from their responsibilities to the society,

so the earth is being heated-up, and the earth is being poisoned from industrial-wastes, and this is going to continue, since the militaristic rulers want their businesses to continue, for their own selfish interests,

The best protest, against the narrowly-confined society, whose knowledge is too narrow and limited, where this is especially true for the range of knowledge about the material-world, ie the world around which scientific truths are supposed to be developed, and yet, scientific truths are being held fixed, the imperial physics and math institutions are required to follow the laws of physics when developing a measurable-description of a stable physical-system, thus, to protest the imperial confinement of allowed thought, is to question the empire's limited knowledge about the material-world, and the expand that knowledge, which has now been done, so as to be able to find new ways to acquiring measurable descriptions of stable physical-systems, which are measurably verifiable, and to use the (stable and measurable) properties of the material world in new ways, the basic outlines.... about how to build the following types of instruments which are based on controlling material-processes...., have been put-forth,

That is, to create new clean, cheap, small, light-weight, energy-sources,

and

to invent new ways in which humans can travel, either around the earth, or to the planets and the stars,

and

these new contexts are a result of being able to control the material-property of non-local material-component relation-ships, within the (now) correctly identified, both coordinate-structural (properties of stable material-systems), and coordinate-containment contexts of material-systems,

The issue of determining the truth..., of the claims about physics and math, in the age----, which is both within, and beyond----, the age of enlightenment..., is to be determined by each individual, the age of enlightenment was about the realization that any communicated truth, is a truth which is about language structures, and that (it is most often the case that) each individual can use language and determine and develop a communicate-able truth,

where the easiest context about a communicated truth, is the scientific truth, wherein, an expressed measurable description can be verified by measuring the properties of the material-systems which is being measurably-described,

but

educational institutions and productive institutions wanted control over the content of measurable descriptions, ie a trade secret which can be hidden, ie is not openly expressed, allows for market-place monopolies, thus, the education-system was turned into a social context of a competition and an effort to make scientific truths difficult to understand, and difficult to use

and/but

where the truths and the nonsense about the proclamation of truths is saturated with too much information, and the language is complicated, and the math contexts become quantitatively-inconsistent, yet, the behavior of those in the social intersection of academics, institutional-administrators, and the productive institutions, is that the related unstable math patterns have physical significance, in relation to the measurable descriptions of stable physical-systems, ie secret-knowledge is the desired context for society's knowledge,

Because the main types of behaviors..., in the highly-knowledgeable institutions..., is that of keeping secrets, deceptions, and lying,

where lying is the main characteristic of any spying institution,

and

the trillions of dollars poured into the military and its spying-institutions, means that more than (1/3) of the population, is now getting money for their spying and informing activities, ie it's a culture of lying and violent coercion,

Thus, the issue of expressing scientific truths is not about the science institutions, rather it is about lies, and it is about propaganda,

and/but

the US in 2025 is a social context in which no one is capable of deciding, "what is true about the existence within which they live," for themselves,

thus, actual scientific truths can be easily stolen, and kept secret, in the context of possessing trade secrets, but where these trade secrets are about knowledge, which has been stolen, from the empire's propqaganda-education-moralization-secret-polce-state-communication-system,

thus, by expressing these new scientific truths in an open context, then this gives the public the availability of the new knowledge about the material-world,

unfortunate-ly, the public will simply at best look at the new ideas...,

though they will most-likely not ever see the new scientific-truths,

...., and not be able to recognize (or distinguish) truth, from the illusion of the truth, which the empire provides to the public, by means of an (incorrect, or a fake) imperial institutional authority,

but

remember, scientific truths are inductive truths, whose range of truth is determined by the hypothesis's upon which the scientific expressions are made, ie measurable descriptions are deduced from the hypothesis's (or from the principles of the measurable descriptions),

and

mathematical-truths are also limited in their ranges of math patterns, which can be deduced from a set of math assumptions, within which one can express, based on deduction, the properties of math patterns,

Thus,

If there are many stable physical-systems which the laws of physics cannot be used to measurably describe, then there needs to be new hypothesis's or new principles of measurable descriptions,

and

in math,

if all the math patterns exist in a math context, which is quantitatively-inconsistent, so that there are no globally stable coordinate-metric-space system-containing measuring contexts..., **

eg the math is being used to mathematically model a stable physical-system, if the effort is based on a set of inertial-pde-models of physical-system-properties, and the efforts are all leading to quantitatively-inconsistent math contexts,

where quantitative-inconsistency emerges from the math contexts of both:

(1) non-linear inertial-pde-models, especially, those used for physical-systems, but where the vague solution-functions to non-linear inertial-geometric-pde's, called solitons, are about "unstable harmonic-function related soliton-function contexts," which are in a process of dissipating,

they are not contexts which lead to a math property, which will be stable, this is a math-physical-context, which fits into the math-physical-contexts of feedback-systems,

although W Thurston spent some time making unstable-coordinate-structures from putting-together sets of unstable parallelizable-coordinate-structures,

and

(2) the unstable math-constructs of coordinate-structures, which are not global, but where the coordinates can be partitioned into coordinate-regions, which have non-commutative relationships to their adjacent (or intersecting) coordinate-neighborhoods, and subsequently, such coordinate-structures are (also) in the process of dissipating,

note that these types of coordinate-structures whose coordinate-parts are related to one another, in a non-commutative coordinate-math context..., ie coordinate-manifold-structures..., are also part of the efforts to solve inertial-pde-models in inertial-geometric-coordinate-metric-spaces,

thus, something different..., than always using an inertial-pde-math-model, which is being formulated in an inertial-geometric-coordinate-metric-space..., is needed,

but

solutions-functions of inertial-pde-models of stable physical-systems only exist if the inertial-pde is originally formulated on a parallelizable-coordinate-structures of the geometric-spaces,

that is,

..., ** then one needs to find math patterns, which are globally continuously locally linear and independent coordinate-structures, ie which are global stable coordinate-metric-space-structures,

and

one needs a coordinate-context, which is parallelizable, regionally-unified, both bounded and unbounded, hyperbolic-velocity-and/or-energy-coordinate-metrci-space-structrues, and for the bounded coordinate-contexts, one needs a is parallelizable, regionally-unified, bounded, hyperbolic-velocity-and/or-energy-harmonic-coordinate-metrci-space-structrues,

and

where these stable coordinate-contexts supplant the harmonic-function-space, where harmonic-function-spaces are only vaguely about actual math contexts,

and

these parallelizable, regionally-unified, both bounded and unbounded, hyperbolic velocity-and/or-energy-coordinate-metric-space-structures.., are the stable math patterns..., which proceed any stable measurable description of a (stable) math-pattern, or which proceed any stable measurable description of a (stable) physical-system,

The new language, which is associated with the new principles of measurably describing stable physical-systems, has put math and physics into the same category, ie physics and math are trying to do the same thing ie measurably describe stable math-and-physical patterns of existence,

which, in turn, implies that material-systems are mental constructs,

and

within the coordinate-metric-spaces, the stable coordinate-structures are the parallelizable-coordinate-structures,
