Glacias: Book Three - A Battle of Bloodlines and Bonds

"If protecting him means defying you... then I'll burn every tradition to the ground."

Book 3 contains Issues 5-6 of the epic dragon graphic novel series following Juka, Aleria, and their dragons as they seek peace, but the fiercest battle rages not between species-but within a family.

Glacias

Akkin, now a dragon hunter marked by pain and doubt, faces his cruelest test yet: protecting his gentle younger brother Iru from the one enemy no blade can slay-their father, Dracis, leader of the Hyosha Guild. As Akkin defies guild law and stands between tradition and his brother's life, the flames of rebellion ignite in a world still aching from loss.

A Dragon Graphic Novel for All Ages - Perfect for middleâ'grade readers and fantasy lovers alike!

Dracis demands Iru, his son, to prove himself in a dragon hunt. Akkin, refusing to allow another brother to die, challenges his father to a brutal, escalating duel of electricity and endurance.

75,000 volts.

250,000 volts.

500,000 volts.

And through every agonizing surge, Akkin rises-not for glory, but to save the boy he swore to protect.

Blood made them brothers. Love made him fight. Electricity will decide who survives.

Industry Reviews

"This issue hit way harder than I expected."

-Arden, 17, Line Webtoon Reader

I came here for dragons and left with an emotional gut punch. The scenes with Akkin and his father?? That electricity duel had me on edge the whole time. The way Iru just wants peace while everything around him is burning...it's honestly heartbreaking. And the art? Still top-tier. Thaeron is my new favorite dragon.

"I read this with my 11-year-old son and we were both completely hooked."

-Nina, Parent & Educator, Local Review

Glacias continues to be one of the few graphic novels that bridges the gap between childlike wonder and very real, mature themes. My son loved the dragons and the action (he's obsessed with Lyth), but I found myself deeply moved by the family conflict. It sparked a conversation about control, courage, and standing up for what's right, even against someone you love.

"Dragons, pain, rebellion-and electricity?? TAKE MY MONEY."

-VoltSurge, 20s, Reddit Fantasy Comics Thread

The way this volume dives into Akkin's trauma and that twisted "shock test" with his father??? That was wild. It's darker than previous issues but still hopeful. Iru is a pure cinnamon roll that must be protected at all costs. Big love to the team for not shying away from emotional storytelling.

"Akkin went from 'cool older brother' to 'tragic favorite character' in 20 pages."

-Yuna, 14, Manga Fan

I read Glacias before, but this one actually made me cry. Like real tears. Akkin is trying so hard to protect his little brother and you can feel how much he's struggling. And omg, Aleria being a softie underneath all that sarcasm? ICONIC. One star off only because I wanted more dragon time ï½ï½ï½ï½ but still SO good!

"It reminds me of Avatar: The Last Airbender if it was darker and had more dragons."

-Elena S., 25, Webtoon Reviewer

The emotional weight in this arc blew me away. Iru is such a sweet soul and watching his relationship with Akkin unfold was so touching. You can feel how much Akkin wants to protect him, even when it means defying everything he was raised to believe. Also, the fire dragon bonding with Aleria?? Chef's kiss.
