About the Author

Christine Bailey, MSc, BSc (Nutrition) Dip IOPN, PGCE, is an award-winning performance nutritionist, chef and author with more than 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industries. Trained with the Institute of Functional Medicine and Institute of Optimum Performance Nutrition, Christine has worked as a corporate consultant and in private clinics, plus she lectures widely and has authored more than 16 health and recipe books, including The Brain Boost Diet (Nourish) and My Kids Can't Eat That (Nourish).
