Fearless

Fearless is more than a publication - it is a movement to empower women to succeed in work and life. The Business Record's initiative is dedicated to amplifying Iowa women's voices, shining a light on inequities and inspiring solutions that strengthen our communities. Since its launch in November 2020, Fearless has become a trusted source of women-centered journalism, events and conversations that challenge us to think differently about leadership, equity and success. Fearless approaches gender equity with intersectionality to make coverage applicable to any audience.

This commemorative book celebrates the fifth anniversary of Fearless with a collection of some of the most powerful stories published over the past five years. These features are all "as told to" pieces, keeping the story in the subject's voice. Curated into five thematic chapters - Confidence, Risk-Taking, Leadership, Business Ownership, and Health and Wellness - the book shares vulnerable and personal stories of courageous women and gender diverse individuals who have led with courage, overcome barriers and shared their wisdom to help others rise. The book serves as both a historical record of where we've been and a call to action for the future. 

The "Fearless 5th Anniversary Book" is not only a keepsake but also a resource. It is designed to inspire individuals at every stage of their journey - from students and emerging leaders to seasoned professionals and community advocates.
