I served this country and signed up to die for my country if need be to only be harassed, bullied, and discriminated by my own country. For 24 years this government has been lying and destroying evidence, falsifying reports, and colluding from the prime ministers office down. Let me make myself perfectly clear and say it is not the system but indeed individuals running the system. I wrote a book called checkmate in 2015 and stated in the book that if a law firm goes forward with a class action lawsuit this would never see the light of day. I said they would settle out of court before these hypocrites would ever go to court. In November of 2016 Stewart Mckelvy law firm proceeded with a class action lawsuit. With no surprise they settled out of court for 150 million dollars and a statement of "While not admitting liability" the government of Canada has agreed to a settlement to current and former members of the armed forces who have experienced racism and or discrimination. Mike Savage, Peter MacKay, Geoff Regan, Yves Cote, Alain Gauthier, senators in Ottawa, human rights commission, United Nations, politicians, the RCMP, 8 ministers of national defense, the judge advocate generals office, and more all played apart of this collusion. With all the evidence in this book anyone can see for themselves how evil this government is and what they do in power to keep the truth from coming to light. There was a bogus investigations just like mine with Lionel Desmond and his situation in his inquiry. If the government had taken us seriously and even after the class action lawsuit took place in 2016 things could have been prevented.

On January 3, 2017 this soldier took his daughter, his wife, and his mother before taking his own life. He had racism bad and the government let him slide through the cracks like most black people. These white people in power have violated my constitution rights and appear to be above the law. The constitutional was signed in 1982 by the Queen Elizabeth II and the charter ensures that the government, or anyone acting on its behalf doesn't take away or interfere with these rights or freedom in a unreasonable way. The rights and freedoms guaranteed in the charter govern how governments act, including the rights of equality, freedom of expression and the right not to be deprived of life, liberty or security of a person. In 1960 the parliament of Canada passed the Canadian bill of rights which was the first federal human rights law in the country and guaranteed the rights and freedoms in federal law for the first time. The Queen signed the charter of rights as the Supreme law of the nation. These people have violated that right and these people named in the book need to be held accountable for their involvement at the highest level. With all the evidence the military still refuses to acknowledge my release item being a 5(d) unable to adapt to military lifestyle to a medical release 3(a) or 3(b). This puts the blame on me not adapting, and takes the blame off the military releasing you any other way than a medical release. People like myself who don't know the system learn the hard way once out the system instead of given the help while in the system. The system is racist and is not designed for people of color. I've given opportunities for the government to come clean including the class action lawsuit and still they refuse to accept responsibility. So now the truth is exposed we will see what comes of these white racists in power called white supremacy.
