The Julie and Robert Breckman Print Fund has enabled purchases by such art-world stars as Damien Hirst, Julian Opie, Chris Ofili, Grayson Perry and Rachel Whiteread to name but a few. About the Author

Gill Saunders is Senior Curator in the Word & Image Department of the Victoria and Albert Museum, London, specializing in twentieth century and contemporary prints and drawings. Her many publications include Prints Now (V&A, 2011), In Black and White (V&A, 2013) and Bawden, Ravilious and the Artists of Great Bardfield (V&A, 2015)
