I have made several recipes from this book in the 2 months I have had it. Book is well presented with clear instructions and great full page photos. The recipes are not exotic and just what I need. The ingredients are usually what I have in the pantry and what I don't have are easily sourced from the local supermarket. The results are yummy - variations on things I cook but with a added zest. I recommend you do the suggested sauces and accompaniments since I found they give flavor and balance. The only issue I have with the recipes is no time for preparation and cooking at the start. I will continue my cooking way thru the book since the experience so far is very positive. (and will add some of the recipes to my standards).
